Fast food of hibachi: Meat was cooked right, but next to no flavor other than salt and pepper. Rice was overcooked and mush with... over-powering green onion flavor, and like the meat, no hibachi flavors. Basically if you gave me the food and didn't tell mewhat it was, hibachi would be one of the last considerations. Read more
It was my first time trying the food. What can i say, it exceeded my expectations by a lot!!! The food was very delicious, had... great flavor and the meat was juicy and cook the way I wanted, the guy Marcos I believe his name was, helped me and was verykind the whole time i was ordering. They have some delicious Wagyu steak and it was delicious and super tender. Definitely willbe going back soon for more!!! Read more

Girlfriend and I have been going here for years now, since we were in school at UNT. Somehow, even during record inflation and... ballooning food prices, they've managed to keep their menu priced more than reasonably for the large portion sizes. The food isalways delicious, with lots of options. The thing that made me write this review today though was the customer service wereceived from Marco. We ordered our tofu entrees with white rice instead of hibachi rice, as neither of us eat eggs. When wediscovered our food had hibachi rice in it, my girlfriend went and told Marco about the mix up. No questions asked, he made ustwo new entrees and walked them over to our table, and apologized sincerely. Feeling bad, I went back to the window to order adrink so I could leave him an additional tip. After handing me the drink, he told me to not worry about paying. This has beenour experience every time with the guys running this trailer: always great food with even better customer service. Read more
The food was pretty good! I got the marinated filet mignon with fried rice entree. The price really isn?t that expensive as... other reviews say, unless you get the waygu, but you can?t blame the restaurant for the price because that cut of meat isexpensive anywhere you go. The portion was enough for two people, my boyfriend and I shared the meal and we still had a littleleft over. The only issue I had with it is that the filet mignon was not marinated as the name says, it just tasted like meat.That?s the only reason I?m giving it a 4 star review. The sauce made a huge difference, I really liked the cream over thehibachi. I personally don?t like egg yolk so maybe the fried rice wasn?t the best idea for myself. My boyfriend loved the friedrice though. The vegetables were okay, it was mainly zucchini but I?m not complaining because it was at the bottom of thecontainer so I didn?t really notice it. The employees working were very nice and answered all the questions I had. I wouldrecommend this place and I probably will be back again, I might not get the filet mignon though. Read more
