Enchiladas were good as were the beans and rice. Nice and clean restaurant. Margaritas are stout, watch it now.
Not only is their food disgusting, I experienced inside the store working there for a month. For one they were unsanitary, they... didn't put gloves on handling the food. Two, I am mentally disabled and one of the managers treated me differently because ofit, and I pretty much was the only one on my shift cleaning tables and sweeping the floors because they wouldn't do it. I ordered the steak fajita tacos, didn't get steak fajita tacos at all. They try to rush but yet don't get the order right.... Worry about quality first then worry about rushing me through. Advertising their new Carne Asada Meals. I chose the meal. This is what I received. Excepted 3 full Carne Asado Tacos with... ?meat? involved. Advertisement and their delivery at this location is a big fat ZERO. The tortillas were nothing butgrease. Rice was covered by 1/4 of an avocado that was supposed to be guacamole but instead saved to cover up the small amountof rice given. Save your money. Total Dissatisfaction and Money wasted. The worst fast food dining experience I can remember. There were only 2 of us IN the building -- one of us with guacamole and... chips and one of us with a burrito. It took 30 minutes to get our food. After 30 minutes and a complaint, a young lady sauntersout in absolutely no hurry with our bag. Were we serving her? We left with our meal instead of eating there. As far as theground beef burrito goes -- we split it and had to hunt for the ground beef. Taco Cabana used to be a great chain. Now it seemsthere's no Tex-Mex style stuff, far more Californian. Food is great but no help in there I literally waited 20 minutes inside for someone to get my order no one came to help me then... I went to drive through and waited another 45 minutes to an hour. For food. Didn't even have chicken fajita meat either after Iwaited in line all that time after a long day! They also had no coke or Dr pepper to drink definitely worse experience I haveever had with them! Read more
Worst taco cabana ever. 2:30 pm afternoon on a Friday, no employee at counter. Gentleman waiting and I had a mobile order which... did not come out for 10 minutes after the time. Employee standing outside front door did not even acknowledge either of us andwas talking on phone in his hand entire time. A manager came out and got my order. Checked it for accurate ness, nachos weresteak not beef and absolutely no salsa was in bags. There were 8 and had to go back into get which took forever and was handedto me not in a bag. One!
