Never get the order right! I Pay for sour cream every time and they never put ANY in there, not in the tacos supreme or... anything. Do you guys even watch the videos on how to make the items?! It?s ridiculous. I?ll still eat there if I?m hungrytho. Update: just found the sour cream at the bottom of my burrito but still they really just ?threw? the bag at us and closedthe window. But I don?t care about the service. I just wish there was sour cream every time I order it not just this one time,and the beef in my beefy 5 layer sometimes don?t be having any cheese or beans. So odd but after eating right now I feel betterso just please put all the ingredients my item comes with in my food and when I order extra and pay for it put it in there.Thank you! Read more
The food was good but they just handed us our food and told us to have a good day. As in they didn't charge us yet or say... anything else. We got their attention so we could be charged and then they ended up charging us for an extra drink but they werenice about it and gave us a partial refund. Read more
This poor review is purely for the service received at the store, not at all quality of food. I volunteered to pick up an online... order for my family, and specifically selected to pick up in store, not through the drive through. Upon arriving I checked theonline order rack, and did not see my order. I've worked in food service in the past and understand that customers bugging acashier about an online order where there's a rack for the order to be placed can be annoying. So upon arrival I sat in thelobby for a few minutes, meanwhile watching cars move through the drive through. So at that point my partner stood up at thecounter to ask about the status of the order, and continued to stand there for over 5 minutes, honestly it felt like much longerthan 5 minutes, but to be fair ill say 5 minutes. 5 minutes and no one even came up to the front counter to see what she wasstanding there for. As cars continue to pass through the drive through with no issues. Someone in an office with a clear view tothe front counter had no interest in assisting her at the counter, nor any of the employees cranking out to go orders. Not evena "just a moment". Nothing, so we went through the drive through where we were handed our cold, long ago prepared online order.No reciept to check the food, and it would have been great to get the order when it was done, but I'm not even sure when it wasfinished as no one cared to ask what we were standing at the counter for. I placed an order in the mobile app at 10:57 am. When I arrived at the store 3 minutes later, the app indicated my order was... being prepared. When I reached the counter, there were no employees visible. The only person I saw was a repairman who wasworking on an under-counter refrigeration unit. He eventually asked if I'd been helped. I know he wasn't an employee because thebadge on his shirt matched the repair van parked outside. That's when I noticed two employees in an office located at the backof the food prep area. One was standing in the door looking at her cell phone. One of the employees finally approached thecounter apparently after the repairman's question caught her attention. She said nothing so I told her I was picking up a mobileorder and gave her my name when she asked for it. Without saying anything else (such as "thank you" or "I'll check on yourorder"), she turned around and left. The app still indicated my order was being prepared despite the fact that no one was yet inthe prep area. At 11:14 am - almost 15 minutes AFTER arriving at the front counter - the employee called out my name with myorder, she did not thank me or offer any other words of kindness or even an apology for the delay. I was one of two customersinside the store! FYI, I ordered two tacos and a Mexican pizza, so nothing too complicated. If you need your order to be readyin a timely manner, I would not recommend going to the location. Read more
