Ordered online tonight 11/6 and due to them having a lot of online ordered ours was not ready and a employee named either David... or Daniel came out personally to tell us they?re behind because of alot of online orders and he?s starting on our food. After hemade them he brought it out and told us to let him know if anything is wrong with them and he will remake both sandwichespersonally, both sandwiches were very very good and the service was even better. Lady didn't know how to make my sandwich vegetables were on top so when u took a bite u ate veggies then you took a nother bite... meat also had to repeat what you said bout three times don't go here go to the other one by the loop they know how to makesandwiches Read more

We had a coupon was recently expired but the server handled it quite well. They didn't comp the coupon but did say it in a way... that saved face for everyone. Read more

Superb customer service. Didn?t get the name of the guy serving me in the afternoon shift but he definitely kept the Subway name... on a high level. Their sandwiches as always are the choice you won?t regret. Convenient location, never really too busy, cleanand neat. Read more

Could be worse I guess. The bread was good...asked for extra veggies, got less, asked for a large Coke, got a slightly cold... bottle instead, also asked for dressing but I'm pretty sure there was none. I picked up curbside, so I wasn't able to watch themmake it but I definitely won't be doing that again. Read more

I ordered a foot long Cold Cut Combo with a small drink and was told that my total was $9.80. I had a $20 bill plus .80 cents... in change. What do I get back? $10.20 is NOT the correct amount, and as soon as I was about to point out the miscalculation,she walks away to help her co-worker, who was stuck taking care of a large order. Even worse, they had no ice in their icemachine, so my sprite will taste lukewarm in a few minutes! I was already having a rough day trying to find a place to havelunch and this made me even more pissed off. Don't waste your time at this location. Read more

Pretty poor customer service. I order 2 sandwiches online for pick up order. I get a text notification that my sandwiches are... made so I go over to the store. Upon asking for my sandwich I was told they didn't have meatball so one of my sandwiches hasn'tbeen made. I'm already in a bit of a rush which is why I order online for pick up. I made another sandwich and then had to paythe difference between the two since there was nothing that was the exact price of the meatball sub. There was some confusion onhow to do this on behalf of both of the employees which only added to my time. By the time I left my other sandwich was alreadycold instead of warm and toasted as I had ordered. Overall pretty bad experience. Certainly will just go to Mike's Subs orJimmy Johns instead. This place is waaaay understaffed with only one woman running the place. Not only did I have to wait more than 15 minutes for... the cookies on my order, but I left with a soggy sandwich. Before I left, I asked if the sandwich would be soggy only to have myconcerns met with " meatball marinaras are always soggy." Not a pleasant visit. Read more
