The food is good here as far as Sonic goes, but my problem is that I can hardly ever get it. Everytime I visit this location it... is a coin flip as to whether they will answer to take my order. I've left 4 times now with nothing. I've tried waiting longer,pressing the button more, moving stalls, and I still get no service. And when I do get service, I've had to wait 15-20 minutesjust to get two drinks. And it's the same during the day or night. I think they just have no system to see who arrived when, andjust take random stall's orders, because I see some people come and go with orders, and I've seen other cars pull in and leavewith nothing as well. If they are severely understaffed then I feel for them, but it's been like this for months, and thislocation is failing for me. It's just not worth it for me to test my luck anymore. Read more
We ordered our food. We did have a pretty big order. But after waiting 45 minutes I flag somebody down. I was told they thought... we left we were there the whole time. They brought our food out which had been sitting for 45 minutes. All the milkshakes weremelted. They did remake all of our food. But this is the 2nd time I've had problems. Not sure what the issue is if it's staff,or the computers but I really wish they would get it fixed. Read more
Every time I come to this specific sonic it takes 20+ minutes for them to answer the red button. Regardless of how large your... order is expect 30+ minutes. Very rude staff. Waited 20 minutes to be told they weren?t taking orders in the middle of lunch. Ifyou don?t have the staff why are you open? Never returning to this god awful excuse for a sonic. This is the closest Sonic to my house so it?s the most convenient, or is it? Every time I come here there is no doubt that they... will be out of a product needed for my order. This time it was Oreos for a Sonic blast. How can you be out of something likethis? If I had to guess I would say it is one of the most popular items on the menu therefore you might want to stock plenty ofthat product. On top of that it is usually a minimum wait time of 10 minutes. This is the worst sonic I?ve ever been to. It?s a very convenient location for me so I?ve been there quite a few times but... there?s always an issue. Today they couldn?t take my order (which I had already paid for via the app) because the cook wasn?tthere when they opened. I had to call and get a refund. This is the second time this has happened at this location. If they domanage to get my food, something is wrong or they don?t have an ingredient needed. There is always a problem here. I ordered ahead on the app only to get to get there and be told they were out of chili (order the Jr chili cheese wrap and a... shake) after 23 minutes they came out and told us they were out finally figured out a substitute waited ANOTHER 10 MINUTES andthey brought us the substitute but no shake! Asked about it they went in to see about it lo and behold it had been sitting outfor over 30 minutes and give it to me MELTED I've worked in fast food and I know how workers can be so I won't keep complainingto people that touch my food so I took it and left I can't spend half an hour waiting for food at a FAST FOOD joint I go tothose places cuz it's normally quick but this time and the last 2 times this place has gone down hill each time I won't be backto this one I'll drive across town from now on Read more
Ordered a large coke on my mobile app, when I got it it was clear, no flavor and tasted like soda water. I requested a new one... with flavor and they said it was fine. Poor customer service. Takes forever to get your food, takes forever for them to eventake your order. They really don't care about the quality of their food. Read more
