I am posting here since Sonic doesn?t care to reach out regarding their poor customer service at this location. I am... disappointed with the service I received. I placed a Sonic mobile order at 11:49am 9/07/22. I was that far from the sonic andarrived shortly and checked in on the app putting in stall 20. I saw my name popped up on the stall screen and proceeded towait. All I ordered was a medium drink and a pretzel twist. It took about 20minutes before I received my order. I had to pressthe button and ask if my order was being made. It did not appear that busy at all due to not seeing very many cars in thestalls. They came out and handed me my food and I immediately checked it. There was no cheese dip in the bag for my pretzel so Icalled out saying there should have been some with it. She comes back out hands it to me and walks off. No apology or nothing.The cheese dip sauce she gave me was so cold I could barely dip my pretzel (not sure if that was on purpose or not). I was on mylunch break and they took a huge chunk of that time from me. I also noticed my receipt was reprinted so they either gave my mealto someone else or failed to even notice the order existed. Very disappointed and will more than likely not be visiting thislocation again due to the poor service and poor customer service. Read more
This location has friendly staff and one even came out to assist with the order when the kiosk display was not working properly... (would not allow us to leave a tip via the kiosk). The food was average - the hamburger did not taste fresh, like the patty hadbeen sitting for some time. The Tater Tots left a greasy nasty taste after eating them. Every single time I come here, it takes like 20 to 30 minutes to get anything done. I may as well go to McDonald's and pay... slightly less for some fried nutsack meat. I pressed the order button and waited for over 15 minutes, nobody did anything. So Iwent and downloaded the app. I put my order in only to find that they weren't taking online orders through their app, likelybecause they are not managed well. I ended up literally hitting the screen after 30 minutes of waiting and they finally took myorder. Very very pathetic. Sonic has been consistently terrible everywhere I am but the Denton location is the worst I haveexperienced in years. Update: I came back to give them another chance. Ordered, among some things, a corn dog and a hot fudgesundae. They said the hard ice cream machine was down, and offered a hot fudge sundae milkshake. I said that was fine. What Igot was a small cup of melted ice cream with some miracle whip on top. I also did not get my corn dog. You'd be better offfasting. It's cheaper and more filling. Read more
friendly service is getting harder to find these days. the younger generation most expect something for nothing. well not here.... the young people here are friendly and helpful. and the first assistant manager was right on top of the issue with Uber I washaving. awesome job folks. Read more
I mobile order from this sonic frequently and I can say without a doubt they are possibly the worst at bringing the drinks out.... I will wait 10- 15 minutes until they bring out 2 drinks. That?s it just 2 drinks. sometimes I?ll be the only car here. So I?mwondering what everyone is doing in there? And then when you press the button to ask what?s going on they just cut you off andtell you it?s coming soon. And then proceed to take another 5. It?s just ridiculous. Read more
Closest Sonic to my home and will never eat there again. I ordered through their app, checked in when I got there and my order... quickly disappeared from the screen as if delivered. I waited a few minutes, pressed the button on stall and explained. Theperson who answered said they had my order, they were short staffed, and it would be out soon. A picture paints a thousandwords, so here's my foot long chili cheese dog. Our American dog was sopping wet with what appeared to be relish juice, and wasinedible. It was as if intentionally done because I inquired about my order since it's impossible for that to happenerroneously. The staff at this Sonic are hard workers and have been friendly every time I have visited. There have been other locations that... have turned me off from ever visiting Sonic, but this location is our favorite. We are served pretty quickly here, and everyvisit we've had a friendly employee help us. Nothing like a Sonic treat/drink! Very kid friendly! Read more
I never thought a sonic would be this bad if you want soup for a shake there you go. If you want missing items and food be8ng... burnt go there. Not only that they dont ask you if you want mustard or mayo I'm allergic to mayo couldn't eat my food not goingback up there for the simple fact it's a waste of gas and they don't answer phones called 5.
