Made a mobile order for 2 sandwich meals and shrimp we get to the restaurant and the drive thru is around the building and... inside isn?t much different. There?s one person taking orders and handing out mobile orders, he looks at our order number doessomething on the POS and helps another customer and once we finally get helped he tells us our order isn?t in the system eventhough we have a number and have been charged. Multiple people go through the exact same process and we haven?t made anyprogress in getting food. And after 15 minutes he comes by again and he seemingly forgot about us and ask us about the orderagain we tell him the number and he said he?ll cancel it. How can you cancel an order that?s ?not in your system? the customerservice line says i?ll get a refund I just wanted food. Read more
Y?all need to get it together because everytime, EVERY. TIME. I come here through the drive through I just end up driving away.... And i?ve only come here a few times over 2 years! Same problems everytime, Drive through is slower than elderly people doing thedirty and there?s still no speaker like can we at least call someone inside and give THEM our order. The ONLY reason this placeis still open is because it?s the closest one within 20 miles. Definitely need a change of management or at least AT LEAST aspeaker replacement. Read more
The food is great but the management there will make the owner bankrupt when it comes to time management . Very nice manager but... there is always a line there ( not that it's busy)and they keep everyone in drive through waiting, instead of making them pullover in the side when the food is ready. The employees are so polite. I think they need more time management training. Read more
Paris , I know for sure this place is under new management they got an order wrong and Paris made it right food is always fresh... and I can see the cleanliness from all the crewmembers compared to the previous workers there I can tell that management hasmade things better and even the food quality has improved thank you París for your kindness and for making things right?.
