The locator has it all wrong. I was parked directly in front of the doorway to the Mexican place next door whose food was quite... First time trying this place. Pizza was not that great. Queso bread was good. I understand not wearing gloves to prep pizza... since it's going straight into the oven. But with fake nails on? That's a bit concerning to me. Staff wasn't very friendly. WhenI walked in for my pick up the 3 young ladies just starred at me. Easy to say I will not visit again. Read more

I ordered pizza for delivery over an hour and a half ago. The website said it would be delivered within 20 minutes, but we're... still waiting. I called the restaurant and was given the runaround about how they contract through DoorDash and have no controlover how long delivery takes. If that's the case, then maybe the restaurant shouldn't contract with a service that can't providebetter for customers. Update: The food finally arrived. It's cold and the order isn't all here. We tried calling the restaurantagain, but no answer. We called a second time, and when someone finally answered, they put all the blame on DoorDash and tookzero responsibility. Really love Pizza Patròn! Really good pizza & it's always fresh. I like how they make pizza when you order it instead of making... it early in the day & leave it sitting out all day. They're fast & the employees are really nice & had the store looking nice &clean, no trash or supplies left out... etc When my husband and I were outside in our car waiting for our order the store wasempty & I saw one of the workers sweeping instead of just standing around being unproductive. We used to order from from this location all the time. Always the same thing, double pepperoni, double cheese and it was great.... Then they started scrimping on the toppings. We still try them periodically, but today we got one that looks like it has nosauce, 25% cheese and a regular amount of pepperoni. If you're going to order from here, check the pizza before you carry outand insist they do it right. They were happy to replace the pizza for us and even offered to comp the order, but ordering yourdinner twice shouldn't be the norm. On returning to pick up the replacement (which was much better) we were told that theoriginal one (we brought it back) was, in fact, made correctly even though many slices had almost no cheese at all on them. First time I got food here, it was fine. Tried again tonight and my pizza has been marked delivered but it has still not arrived... and their phone number doesn't work so I can't find out what has happened or get a refund. Displeased. Read more
