Be aware this store steals money. I work for door dash and every delivery I pick up from this store there is zero tip. Last... night I received an order over $76, when I pick up the order Pizza Huts receipt reflected $63 and when I asked the store aboutthe missing tip several workers got angry and denied taking the money. Once I delivered this to the customer I asked and shesaid she was charged $76 with a tip. Well 7 deliveries with this store and a zero tip every time from the merchant order. If youdoor dash decline this store! They cannot deliver their own pizzas. This store is trash. Nobody likes a thief. Read more
Came in to get a pizza for family and everyone had big smiles and it was the best customer service I?ve had in a long time!!... Food was so fresh and my order was correct! The store was clean and they were extremely nice. Love this store!!! Read more
I called the office because of the confirmation email my apartment number was not showing. I called to make sure ithey had the... apartment number. The person i spoke to told me hold on i need a manager to fix that. I said okay. The guy put me on hold then alady picks up and tells me my food was already out for delivery . It had literally been 3 mins. Then she says you don'tunderstand how fast i am. We have to use doordash to deliver our orders now. So i said Doordash like the company and she saidyes because her manager said that we (customers) cant wait long to get our food. I was excited about that but when my foodarrived to me the food was cold. I paid for a marinara sauce and didn't receive it. I had to go meet the driver in the street. Worst pizza I have had in last 10 years....I've tried this location about 20 times and I always manage to have 1 out of 4 pizzas... be terrible....and I'm not picky....literally no sauce this time...top is great....bottom is not fullycooked....unbelievable!!!!!!! Read more
Huge shout-out to the night shift kitchen manager Issac. I needed a pizza remade and he handled everything wonderfully! He... personally made us the best pizza we've ever had as a replacement, and came out to shake my hand and let me know he had alreadyspoken to the staff that was running the kitchen the night of the error. Fantastic customer service! This man deserves a raisefor helping keep this the best pizza hut in Denton county. Read more
Ordered a pizza that was never delivered. Store didn't have delivery drivers and relied on DoorDash. Will never do delivery... order with any business that utilizes DoorDash due to their poor service record with my household. Pizza Hut has been added tothe list now. Read more
Very disappointed in our Pizza Hut experience tonight. Tried to get a hold of the store at 275 w university for 45 minutes to... let them know about a burned pizza we received. Never answered the phone so we had to order a replacement from another chain. Read more
I am NOT the type of person to complain....but how in the world is this store still open?! I'm at a loss. I ordered online at... 7:30. The app said it would be delivered by 8:10. I called the store at 8:20 and they said it had been delivered. I explained tothem that it was not delivered. She then said ..oh... actually, it's still in the warmer ....door dash never picked it up. Theysaid they were going to recook my order and have it delivered. 9:00-still no pizza ....so I call again. They said it was stillin the warmer and that door dash was about to pick it up. Needless to say ...it is now 10:15 and I still don't have my food. Ihave called several times and they just keep putting the blame on doordash. This saga has been absolutely ridiculous. Will I getthe food I ordered at all? Who knows. Read more
