Hate to be that person because this Panda Express can be good if you?re not going during peak hours. They clearly cut corners... and skimp on portions during rushes to make up for the lack of preparedness. I received a bowl today that had exactly 11 piecesof chicken in it. There wasn?t even enough chicken to cover the chow mein. Additionally I placed the order online for pickup at6:30 and still waited 15 minutes in a crowd of people waiting for orders. I love Panda Express, but not this one. Black pepper chicken is my favorite and they said they don't carry it anymore. That's... the first time I've ever heard of a franchise stopped carrying an item on the menu locally. The other Panda Express has it ontheir menu so I'll go there from now on. Read more
First, we had a terrible time with drive-thru ordering with having to repeat ourselves several times, but that is understandable... as that is not the employees' fault. I don't blame the workers for that, but after getting home with the food I was shocked todiscover the rice was severely undercooked. It was sticky, not brown as I ordered, and tasted disgusting. Just bought some orange chicken and it only tasted like chicken it didn't even have that sweet sauce it normally has. I bout it... for my kids after they got out of school and didn't notice till we got home. Really need to have someone check the food beforethey start serving it people dont have time to go back to the restaurant to return it. I tried calling multiple times but neveranswered the phone.
