You can show up at this precise location at 10:30 and they already have there eat in doors closed! Let alone there capabilities... of dishing out an order in less than 15 minutes. Decided to treat myself with breakfast since I had a presentation today and knew it would be a long day. Drove over, placed a... mobile order and picked it up and drove back to campus. When I parked on campus I realized they forgot an item in my order. Nobig deal, I work in food service and it happens. The app doesn?t have a place where you can request refunds, so I needed tocall. When I call the employee was friendly and helpful and claimed they could do an online refund. But when I gave them theorder number, they said they remembered that order and I ?have the item and need to look again?. I did not have the item. I?m abroke college student and just wanted my $5 back at this point. After I confirmed I wasn?t getting a refund the employee claimedI could get one if I brought all my food back in and proved I was missing it. I had already eaten my hash brown on the way homeand couldn?t just ?bring the food back?. I just want my $5 back man.
