This location is always getting my order wrong and when they forget too much food and I call to get it replaced they?re always... so aggravated about it. The drive thru has 2 lanes and a walk up and it still takes way too long. Only good thing is they aren?tstingy with their sauces. I don?t think I?ll be returning to this location. The line was moving really slowly in the left drive through lane. When we finally got to place our order, the person on the... other end kept asking me to repeat the order. To the point it became comical. Their speaker or headset was barely working. Werealized what had taken the cars in front of us so long! Hope they fix it or call Chick Fil A to get it right. Read more

Very busy, so food took longer than normal. This is a drive thru/ walk up only location with limited outside seating. Curbside... always takes a really long time that I end up going to the window. The fries were perfect this last time though! Read more
Everytime I order from here , I'm missing food. They said Everything was in bag, once I got home I was missing 2 items. They... gave me what ever soda when I ordered sweet tea. Tried calling and never picked up. Is the closes Mcds to us, that's why I keepgoing there for my girls. Read more
Google asked me if my previous review of the McDonald's on the corner of Colorado and loop 288, has changed. The answer is a... resounding YES. It's now worse. I can absolutely NEVER get hot fresh fries the first time around. I always have to pull aroundand wait. The fries they serve are ALWAYS cold soggy and greasy. Oh my goodness, and don't let them be in the middle of a rush.The food quality and service goes from mediocre to downright, just plain ole, BAD. I strongly suggest the mcdonald's at thecorner of fort worth drive and I-35. At least they are a step above mediocre and inferior... to just below average. It'sMcDonald's. What more is there to say. I clearly ordered an paid for a double fish fillet and the put a regular in my bag that was old and dried up. The bun was so dry... it was crumbling. They just added extra tartar sauce to it. When I tried to contact the store in regards to this I got no answernor could I leave a message. I want a full refund for the cost of the sandwich!!! Lived next to this one for about a year now, and man. Without exaggerating, I have never gotten a 100% correct order. Sometimes... it's completely wrong, sometimes they forget fries or a drink, sometimes it's getting charged for random items, but it's ALWAYSsomething. Its not just one worker or one slip up. Trust me, even if you have a craving, it's worth it to just drive a few extramiles to a different location. Read more
