Huge Little Caesars fan, but the two times I have purchased regular pepperoni pizzas from this place they have been... under-cooked. Reading through the comments, it seems this is pretty common. I hope management will take this seriously. Read more
I know this place has limited hours and appears to be understaffed.. but the day I went, there were two staff (one only appeared... when we asked for a refund) inside and two staff outside smoking... They didn't have any "hot n ready" pizzas made and thenproceeded to tell us it'd be half an hour til our pepperoni and our cheese pizza would be ready..? No. During this conversation,the outside employees never set foot inside and then a third on showed up to join the other two against the wall outside of thebuilding. If I could rate 0 stars I would. There were so many people in the building that people were waiting outside in the cold. My... pizza came to me completely, TOTALLY raw. It fell apart in my hands. One of the employees dealing with the frustrated customerswas visibly high. Read more
You don't expect a lot from Little Caesars. I get that, truly. I entered Little Caesars at University a little after 3pm. No... one was out front, so I waited patiently at the counter. There was no one else in the store at the time I arrived. I waitedabout a minute before I saw there was an employee in the back preparing an order. They saw me walk in and wait at the counter,and then continued working as if I simply wasn't there for 10 minutes. It's not hard to say, "Welcome! Sorry for the wait, I'llbe with you in a couple of minutes." I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes to talk to someone, let alone find out you have no hotand ready pizzas. Also, no hot and ready pizza on a Saturday? Odd, but ok. Finally, a sour faced woman, who I later found to benamed Daprida, walked to the front and stood there staring into deep space, or perhaps the Dominoes across the street, Icouldn't be sure. "Hello, may I order a pizza?" I asked. Daprida looked at me with her eyes dead and glazed over, she was notfeeling most-bestest. She sked in a voice quiet and lacking energy, "What would you like?" So I ordered a sausage and pineapplepizza. I noticed I was only charged for a sausage pizza, so I asked, "Will that have the pineapple on it?" And she nodded at me,"Yes." I took my receipt and waited the 10 minutes for what came out as a plain sausage pizza. I'm not the type to send foodback, because that's wasteful, but please don't treat me poorly because you hate your job or your life. Get counseling, anotherjob, or maybe consider smiling more? Customer service lacks friendliness. They maybe had about 3-4 people and made a LOT of pizzas that they just left there and... didn't pass out to the customers (unless they had a HUGE order for someone). They are slow and didn't have any pizzas ready (thebasic ones). About 7 people were all waiting for our orders and its been more than 20min wait. I understand they may beunderstaffed but at least they could plan in advance?... I will order ahead next time or have it delivered. Read more
Ordered online for a single cheese pizza. App said it would be ready in 20 to 25 mins. Went up there and saw a lobby full of... people. The staff was all hiding in the back of the kitchen. After finally waiting about q 10 to 15 minutes a male came up andasked how many people had online orders. There were six of us. He couldn't remember all the names. I suggested he get a pen andpaper and he still tried the remember the names though he couldn't. After another 5 minutes of them trying to figure things out,they finally brought a few orders up. I could see about 10 to 15 pizzas just lying around in the back. The pizza we had wascold. Asked for refund but that seemed to confuse the male cashier like he just has a malfunction. Thought we'd try something different. Eh, wrong move. The crazy bread was floating in grease and looks and tastes like it was... undercooked and not risen. The Asiago pepperoni mozzarella pizza didn't look half as good as the commercial, which is reallywhat prompted us to try it. And the cheesiest cheese pizza was just ok. It wasn't the worst pizza we had, but wasn't the best.Think we'll stick with dominoes next time. Sincerely disappointed. Read more
This is the absolute worst little Caesars I've ever been to. No one is ever at the register or answers the phone. When you do... finally get somebody in the front, you are met with somebody with a horrible attitude. And then when they are making your food,you can hear them speaking about every person in the waiting area. When they make your food, no one has gloves on. The area isnormally packed full with people waiting on their food. I've been in there several times where people have been waiting at leastan hour for their food. Sometimes they even refuse to give you your money back. If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. Read more
