I don't understand how the drive-thru cashier not only forgot to hand me my card back, but ran my card for multiple other cars... behind mine before I was able to get it back. She told me that she reversed the transactions but was unable to provide receiptsfor any transaction. There didn't seem to be any manager and there was an employee smoking a blunt outside, maybe the managerwho didn't want to be identified as such while smoking weed right in front of the door. The WORST late night Jack in the Box experience! We ordered a Bacon Ultimate combo and just 4 tacos and a drink on DoorDash. We... received the order AN HOUR LATER to have NO TACOS OR DRINK! My fiancé went up there around 1AM to order my tacos as I wasexhausted from a long day after a wedding and starving?he was told to wait at the speaker when no other cars were there. Hewaited 15 minutes before being able to place the order. He had to order me two Jr. Cheeseburgers because they were out of tacos.The young lady took his money and left him waiting ANOTHER 15 MINUTES at the window! Worst experience almost every time I come here at night. Either their shake machine is down, they no longer have ice tea, don?t... have chicken patty?s for certain items. Almost every time I?m here they are out of something on top of always taking 15-25 minsto get through the drive through. I often drive to a different location 10 mins away since it?s faster to get there and backhome than the one a mile from my house. This place have a bad odor when we walk in. I went to the bathroom it's dirty and garbage can are full of garbage. There's no... paper towels. Bathroom have a very strong bad odor.
