Its called insomnia cookies because they keep you up all night waiting for your delivery. We placed an order around 10pm from a... place down the street. Delivery time estimate was 20 to 30 minutes. After an hour an a half we tried to cancel because we allhad to leave soon. Two hours later right after we left they said they were attempting delivery and we were not there. Thedelivery guy called but we missed the call and he left a rude message saying if you are expecting a delivery you should leaveyour phone on. We called back immediately to see what was going on and he just argued with us. They still charged us and now weare disputing it through the bank. They really should be clear on expectations when you order or should at least call to let youknow your order is going to take a lot longer and give you the option to cancel. Such a great little cookie store that is open late for those midnight snackers! Cookies were delicious and the prices... reasonable! The employees are very friendly and patient! Loved it! The only thing I would correct is that they put bakery papersbetween the cookies when you order more than four. Four will fit comfortably in a box but more than that and they need to bestacked which causes the flavors to blend. Read more
Wow. We needed something sweet and found this place. Friendly service and warm cookies to go! Can?t beat that. It has super late... hours for the college students; I?m sure it?s real busy when college is in session, but we visited just after the semester wasover. The windows are darkly tinted so it was hard to tell if they were open at first. Right around the corner from DentonSquare. Definitely recommend. Read more
Look. The cookies are good. They're huge too. But they are expensive. It costs a few cents to make a cookie and a few dollars to... buy. That doesn't math right but this review isn't about their, albeit successful, business model. The people are alwaysfriendly and the lobby is clean. Read more
This is ridiculous! This is the third time I have bought the most underdone cookies. I am very upset with this mentality.
