Not my best experience. We got seated quickly, and the server introduced himself quickly, but thats about the end of the... quickness. Got coffee and creamer but no silverware to stir it with. Took FOREVER for the food to come out... and it was coldwhen I got it. All the while one of the kitchen staff stood talking with the customers at one table. For the better part of 20minutes he stood talking. So I ordered the chicken fajita omlette. The chicken in it was dry and hard and very chewy. Read more

Giving them a 5 star solely for the manager here who works her but off and is one of my main reasons this Ihop is still going!... She is kind and generous and cooks the best food! She's been here for a year now and changed a lot in a good way! God bless her! Read more

It's good but not spectacular. I think they were busy and short staffed so that may have contributed to the delay in service.... The food was good and hot but when it came time to pay we had to wait longer than expected. With that in mind there's not a lotthe waitstaff can do if there's not enough to deal with demand so we rolled with it and enjoyed our experience. Read more

Pickup was fine. But waiting room had 10 kids waiting to be seated another "20 minutes". Customer left after no one came to the... front for a good 3 minutes. 1/4 capacity at 1030pm. Tons of tables available for these kids to share the wait around with acouple of comes instead of shoulder to shoulder and filling up the waiting room. Hot spot could tighten up and capture 30% morebusiness. Read more

Delicious and good! Only 4 stars as it took some time to get food ready and location was fairly empty. Love the cinnaminions!... The ice cream sundae pancakes off the hoppy hour menu were amazing! Great staff and friendly environment. Read more

I've been to this location three times in person. I have also tried to order from a delivery app a handful of times after once... many other places are closed. The first time we went, super busy. Attentive waiter. Made time to at least touch base with us ifhe wasn't able to stop by for full attention. It was fine. The second time myself and some friends were waiting for a brunchmovie to start over at The Alamo. We went to IHOP to grab coffees beforehand and chat. It was busy, but we are still payingcustomers and we were planning on tipping as if we did eat. We had our original coffee and in the rest of the time there thewaitress wouldn't stop at the table for refills or ask if we were okay. We ended up having to go to the front to ask for thecheck. Then proceeded to wait longer for the waitress to come over and give us attitude. We weren't rude at all, even whenhaving to ask for help from someone. The third time we were seated and waited 10 min with no service. We waved over someone andthey told us they would go figure out who was our server. Another 10 minutes went by. We left after other tables who seatedafter us kept getting helped. Every time we have done delivery we regret it. IHOP is usually one of the only late night foodoptions for delivery. When I don't feel good, I want crepes. The four chances I have given them (which is four too many, but notfeeling good really makes me want crepes) we never received our food. Delivery drivers would get tired of waiting for it andcancel pushing it to another driver. When delivery time says arrive at 10:45pm and food keeps saying delayed... We end upcancelling once it gets almost 1am as a lost cause. (When ordering, it states that it should only take 25 min to be ready and atmy door) So sadly all 4 times we have tried, it seems like they just don't care about the delivery orders. If that is the case, turn it off. Stop accepting orders. I should have quit going/ordering long ago. Read more

I guess I can understand if restaurants need to change their hours. But can't you post them so we don't all waste our time... coming out to find you closed during your open hours? It was only around 9pm. And the chains on the doors are a nice touch. Iguess no one else could believe you were closed either with all the 24 hour signs posted. Read more

One of the busiest place in Denton. We went there for breakfast on Sunday morning and it was so busy?had to wait for 10-15 mins... outside, then had to wait another 35-45 mins for order. Besides that the place is great. Servers were great and friendly. Placewas clean. Foods were great. The parking lot is huge. Liked the place. Read more
