My daughter?s eye has been on this place for awhile now. When I rolled into town to visit, she decided to take me here to... finally check it out. After walking in, we were immediately greeted and seated. There is a barcode on the table that we scannedto view the menu. They have a variety of dishes to choose from for everyone. We ordered the fried rice as an appetizer, and boylet me tell you, the fried rice is poppin? it?s very flavorful and delicious. My daughter had a spicy bowl of Ramen, and Iinitially had a bowl of Curry Raman. The Curry Raman was very flavorful, but the broth was very thick like gravy. I really triedto like it, but I just couldn?t get over the texture after a few bites. I never like to make a big fuss when I dine out, but Ijust couldn?t eat it. Reluctantly, I asked our server if I could exchange my Curry Ramen for the Veggie Ramen. He was very kindand understanding about it. My Veggie Ramen was piping hot and on the table within 5-7 minutes. It had a very unique, earthlyflavor to it. After a few bites, I couldn?t eat anymore of it. However, my daughter tasted it and loved it. She said she wasgoing to take it and eat it for lunch the following day. The restaurant was very clean and the decor was pretty awesome. Ireally felt transported to Japan while we sat and ate. Staff is excellent, responsive, friendly, and service is fast. Mydaughter absolutely loved this place and said this is her new hotspot. Highly Recommended! Read more

A good ramen spot! I had the half and half option with miso ramen and black garlic ramen. The black garlic was delicious - very... savory, strong garlic but not too much. The miso was terrible. Usually there?s a hint of miso with the pork broth, but this wasjust overwhelming miso. Chicken katsu was solid, but nothing spectacular. However the gyoza were the best dish we had. Verycrispy, fresh, good balance of pork and cabbage. Read more

Best ramen in DFW! I have been to the Denton location and the Fort Worth location, and they are both consistently mind-blowing.... I've tried many ramen shops in DFW, and this is my favorite. On my last trip to the location in denton, I got the KarikaraChicken, which is my favorite appetizer of all time. I then did the "half and half" ramen bowl with the Black Tonkotsu and theShoyu. The Black Tonkotsu is deliciously garlic, and the Shoyu was smooth and refreshing, with a taste of seafood. My wife alsogot the edamame and fried rice, both of which were great. We tried the fried tofu, but we weren't a huge fan of how big thepieces were. The only opportunity that I'd mention was the service. The waiter and staff weren't rude or anything, but they didnot attend to us very well. They also brought all of our food out individually over a 10 minute time frame, which was kindaweird. They were also out of order in terms of main dishes and appetizers. But I still give them 5 stars, because the service isusually better and the food was amazing. Read more

Not too happy on the... location because on a BUSY day, getting out from the front side of the building sucks , BUT if you park in the lot you shouldn?thave any issues ???? ????????-FYI? all in all the food was amazing, the service and feel where great & authentic and the pricesare well worth it! Can?t wait to continue going! The picture don?t do it justice but just so you can know what I?m talkingabout ???? Read more

Just fine Japanese place. I recommend going for appetizers only. The gyoza were tasty, as well as the korikara chicken (spicy).... I would not recommend the shoyu ramen. It was the fishiest ramen I?ve ever had. The pork was bland and the eggs were bland aswell. If you want delicious traditional ramen, I recommend Wabi House in Dallas! The katsu don is made with dark meat, which Ididn?t enjoy. Read more

I?m a straight to the point reviewer. The table was clean. The food price is I guess reasonable? They serve you Coke in a can... and charge you 2 dollars for it. A place that serves 13-15 dollar ramen can?t get hands on a coke machine ? Anywaysaesthetically speaking their food looked really good but taste wise it wasn?t out of this world basically ?mid?. Would I comeback? No Read more

Good tasty ramen. Savory broth. I got the tantanmen. I wish it was a bit more spicy. Portion sizes were ok. It was a pretty... good value. Noodles were well cooked. It was good, but there are a lot of ramen shops and it was good, but not "wow". I got myfood to-go. Upon pickup the staff was pleasant and efficient and the restaurant was clean. It is worth visiting again. Myguest got the tokotsu ramen that came with some nice pork belly and jammy eggs. Read more
