I went here October 1st at 8:40 p.m. and I'll tell you what the three guys that was working tonight amazing customer service... very very very very friendly couldn't ask for a better crew I've gone in here numerous times during the daytime and everyonejust looked real uptight mad at the world but these three guys nothing but smiles great personalities man couldn't ask forbetter service you know and and I drove all the way from Gainesville to come to you guys this just made my visit even betterthank you guys keep doing your job Read more

There were 3 staff members when we went in, no one at the counter. They were all too busy to say hi or to ask what we wanted.... They were busy selecting what they were going to watch on TV. It was more important than a customer. I asked about a Rubensandwich. They said they don't have it on the menu, then went back to flipping through the shows on the TV. I tried again witha different sandwich which was on the menu. They took the order, gave me the sandwiches and I left. It wasn't until later Idiscovered they left the cheese off both sandwiches and they were dry, no condiments. First and last experience at this store. Read more
