Just pulled out of the parking lot but I couldn?t wait to leave a 5 star review! This place is amazing the staff is amazing the... drinks are amazing! Angel took my order she was so kind and helpful the sweetest person! I completely forgot to ask the girl atthe window what her name was but she was amazing as well!! I just want to say how incredible the morning crew was yesterday morning (8/2/22)! I finally got to the point in the line where... someone came to take my order only to realize my debit card was at home?in the pocket of my pants. I was so bummed thinking howI would not only not get my morning fix of dutch bros but have to wait in the line to the point I could even get out of theline. Needless to say when I explained all this to the sweet girl who was at my window to take my order, Emily, she sympathizeswith me and took care of my order!! I seriously started crying I was so touched!! Then when I made it to the window, the sweetperson working the window also got my many thanks and I started geting choked up again just thanking them for making my morning! They were so kind and sweet reassuring me how that could happen to anyone (not having your card) and to have a wonderful restof my day. It?s so rare to get A+ service anywhere these days and a lot of service industry employees seem really burnt out andunhappy (trust me I get it-been there myself) but not this crew!! Super impressed by Dutch Bros. It was suggested by a family member and we were happy we gave it a try. The prices were great and... coffee yummy. You can get a medium coffee and it?s larger, yummier and cheaper than an large iced coffee at Starbucks. Read more

I LOVE Dutch Bros. I?ve gone more times than I can count. I go between this location and the Latana location. They have a huge... menu of drinks, but I?ve only been able to get the same drink because it?s so good! I get the double torture with a soft top.It?s a double shot of espresso with vanilla and mocha flavors. It does not come with a soft top, but I ask for one. It?s alayer of sweet whipped cream on top of the drink. They have other coffee flavors such as Irish Cream, vanilla, caramel. Theyalso have cold brew, fruit teas, shakes, and even some sweet nibbles. The chocolate chip muffin top is so good. I suggestgiving this place a try. And tip your cashier because they?re standing out in the heat for hours taking orders. They are all sofriendly there. Was so excited for Dutch to come to Denton as I?ve enjoyed many of their other locations. Unfortunately, each time I?ve visited... there?s been something off about the experience. The last several times I?ve gone my drink has been extremely watered down as ifit?s been sitting out for 5+ minutes. When you spend 5+ dollars on a drink plus a tip, this is not acceptable. This evening,when I asked the girl if it could be remade she just looked at me like I was being rude, didn?t say anything & walked back in.When I pulled up to the window, this is what they gave me, the same exact drink without remaking it. I can?t imagine handingsomeone this drink after they?ve waited 10+ minutes in line. I?m super disappointed & won?t be coming back until this isresolved. Read more

I?d really like to give this place a higher review. But I don?t think I can until they learn to pick up the pace. If you choose... to go, go in the inner left lane as it moves significantly faster than the outer lane. The employees were all very nice and madeall of the drinks accurately. So good job on quality employees ?? It was very busy but I?ve seen other Dutch Bro?a handle theselines pretty quickly so I didn?t see any concern. I was wrong. I waited 40+ minutes for drinks. Honestly if I?d known it wasgoing to take as long as it did I wouldn?t have gone. My hope is that once all the employees are trained and proficient in theirroles that this will improve the pace but as of right now expect LONG wait times if you choose to go. Read more

They have only been open 8 days and on a busy Saturday, we were there maybe 10 minutes and that was with 2 lanes going. Very... friendly staff, and let's face it, who doesn't like friendly service? We ordered double blended coconut and pineapple rebel witha strawberry drizzle. So refreshing on a very hot summer day. We went to Dutch Bros. This location is amazing! I went an hour after they opened and was greeted with great customer service and huge smiles! It took... me less than 5 minutes to get my drink. I ordered the Golden Eagle with soft top and it was so good! Would absolutely recommendgetting coffee and any other drink here!
