So my daughter and I got a pizza for take-out. We got all the way home and she gets right up to our front door and the box just... comes apart and the pizza lands on the ground upside down. It was so sad. But, she called Domino's and explained that the pizzagot dropped and so they offered to make a new one at no cost. I thought that was pretty cool. Had a free pizza credit and everything was fine till I took a bite of a piece and then had to pull a six inch long black hair... out of my mouth and almost threw up. We just wanted to let them know so they could make sure their cooks are wearing hairnets orpulled back at least. The woman on the phone was very rude and hung up after we told her about it. The app is more helpful thanthe people and at least will be giving us credit for the other one we ordered. I didn't want anything or be a pain I just wantedthe restaurant to know so they could prevent it in the future. Read more
