This is the 3rd time I have tried to order,, 1sy time order was short, second order,, waited and gave up,, today 10/312022 was... ask to pull behind second yellow pole,, waited,,, finally decided to pull up to window and they were laughing having a goodtime!! Girl comes to window And ask me to back up behind yellow pole!! By this time big truck pulls up black and honks horn atme!! I tell him I'm doing what they ask,,,, he left I pull up and look in and they are in no hurry for orders so I left also!!!I will never go there again!! Yess I called and ask for the Manager when he tells me I'm harassing him!!!! I then ask fordistrict manager and he hangs up on me!!! I come home call corporate office and guess what ... Chicken fries were hard. Salt on the "no salt fries" I wanted. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with this... location. I double checked also to make sure I was given my BBQ sauce. & no sauce! I should of checked at the store beforeheading out. They could be short handed or something else. Although I am sad. ???? Worst Burger King ever! Super super slow and they don?t let you pull all the way up to the window, probably because they?re... being timed and it would be very obvious how slow they are. The guy taking orders also either seemed slow or high. Rudeemployees too. Delicious food on a budget, most of the staff is good but there is a black man here, Who doesn't wish to work and doesn't even... greet customers. And don't even follow the rules, he always wears a hoodie instead of a burger king T-shirt. Read more
I have a big falimy and I ordered a big meal they stop me and didn't let me pull up to the window and I was the only car there... and when I did I had to orders one was a Mobile order and the other one was a drive-through order When I got to the window Iasked her if everything was in the bag plus the 2 orders she said yes I get home and I'm missing 3 burgers I called back upthere talk to the manager Michael which was very rude and said all the burgers were in the bag and we made everything it's notabout the money. But nowadays people do not have respect good quality customer service to greet the customers. Vary sad anddisappointing. Read more
This ended up being a "date night" for us and it was really super! I am an old stick in the mud and stay with the basic burger... and fries...no up -sizing etc. I love the burgers so much and believe it or not they were part of my diet that helped me lose70 lb in the last 1 1/2 years! Seriously! I do not eat all the fries but give the balance to others. I do not eat much of thebread, but I do eat 1/2 of the burger! I eat the other half the next day! Well, it has worked for me and I truly love theflavor! YUMMY! My husband gets the two fish sandwiches for one price and eats it all and then orders onion rings also! He hasa big appetite! Good customer service. The cashier was really nice and took my order pretty quickly. Didn't take very long at all, like no more... than 5min at most. Everything behind the counter looked pretty clean and organized, all of the employees were wearing masks,gloves and aprons. Lobby was very clean, no trash, no dirty tables and all of the chairs were straight. Drink station lookedreally good too and none of the trash cans were over flowing like some places I've been to.. New playground is large and very nice. Fresh look and clean restaurant after the renovations.
