Bonus 2 stars for past experiences with this place. Last experience warranted less than 1 star. I'll try to make it... brief. ?Took half an hour to make 2 burgers for me and my wife. No, the restaurant was not busy at all. ?One of the driestburgers I have ever eaten. See pic. No napkin required to eat this burger! Somehow the meat was so overcooked to the point of itdrying my mouth out meanwhile the mushrooms were nearly raw. Both burgers were this overcooked. ?Walked in to a baby crying.Assume it's in the dining room. Nope, ends up there was a baby in the kitchen. What really left a bad taste in my mouth waswhen I went back to the register to show them what my burger looked like. They had nothing to say. No apology. No attempt tomake things right. I finished one of the worst burgers I have ever eaten because 1) they took so long to cook it that I riskedrunning late for work and 2) I don't believe in throwing meat away. I could feel that dry burger in my throat for the nexthour. I can understand poor customer service when you deliver a great product, but what excuse is there when the product lookslike this? I had the BBQ bacon burger and the sidewinder fries w ranch for dipping. (Iwish I had chili's jalapeño ranch) anyway, the fries are great reheated in the airfryer. Next to my hotel, good rating, so I tried it out. I ordered a frito burger and fried mushrooms. I waited much longer than it... should take to fry mushrooms, but was told that was the delay. Burger was both overcooked and cold. Burger had a ton of mustardon it, a side cup of chili, and a handful of pickles and fritos. How did this place get a good rating?? Read more
Service was a little slow but other people waiting for their food told us it was worth the wait and they were all right. We... stopped on our way up to OKC and enjoyed it so much we stopped there again on our way back home. My husband ate his burger sofast I didn't even get a pic! Read more
