This place in Denton is awesome! My brother in law is getting married in Grapevine and was having a meet and greet at a local... Brewery out there the night before. I needed to place a large order and tried several locations including catering and the onlyone that responded was Auntie Annes in Denton. Joey was awesome! He not only gave us excellent service but also delivered themand they were hot and delicious and a big hit! Thank you for making our evening amazing! Read more
They forgot to give me my extra cheese that I paid for. Kid at the register was not excited to be working, just moved up from... Dallas and I?m used to smiles and a warm welcoming when walking up to a Auntie Anne?s. I know it?s just a pretzel place in amall but it being my first time in a mall since covid started I definitely did not have a nice experience. Read more

Arrived a few minutes after they opened and had no mini dogs prepared. Was told it would take 10 minutes. Came back half hour... later, still no mini dogs. As I stood in line, I watched several ppl walk away bc they were out of mini dogs. Told would takeanother 20 minutes. Staff ill-prepared for the volume of business & very nonchalant about it. Management nowhere in sight.Poorly ran store. Took my money elsewhere. Read more
The cinnamon pretzel bites are quite good and my kids love them. The service is definitely not great.
