I always wondered why nobody liked Arby?s as it has always been one of my favorites. Well, the last two times that I visited... this location I figured it out!!!! I went this time at 11:00 am thinking it would be fresh since the last time it was not. Itwas not even edible. The bun was definitely over microwaved or something. It was so hard and cold. I called this location 3 times and no one would answer. I ordered a trb toasted twice x ranch and add roast beef. My sandwich... was barely toasted on one side. My rb was ice cold and i am a mile from yhis location the cheddar cheese didnt even melt. Yheperson who is doing prep is not following arbys standards yhe meat was all in the middle and empty and very uneven. Havent beenback to arbys recently. What happened to yhe potato cakes????? ???? The employees are rude without a cause, we made an order he told us to pull ahead and he'll bring up me all out, the guy... deliberately with my bag and make the food really sloppy on the inside of it so I just gave it back, I don't trust eating frompeople like that. Even the lady who took the order at the window end of the machine was really without a cause. Read more
I ordered one of the simplest things on the menu and they couldn't even get it right lol, the double beef and cheddar. It's... obvious that they forgot to add the cheddar, so they just squirted some on the side of the sandwich. Pretty pathetic, couldn'teven lift the bun. Read more
