I really like their food, but they skimp on so much. I ordered an entire appetizer of guac for $5 and I got a ramekin!

Horrible experience at this place today... Went in and ordered two #2's and was charged $23.50. The food took over 25 minutes to... come out and by the time it did, everything was cold. The meat was hard, like it had been sitting out for a long time. The ricewas also hard, the beans were okay, but like I said it was cold. As we were leaving we realized we had been charged way morethan the #2 lunch special was, which was supposed to be $6.99 for the plate plus a canned drink. My wife went to ask why we werecharged wrong and the lady said because we were supposed to ask for the lunch special and her boss told her to charge full priceif you don't specifically ask for the "lunch special." The sign outside clearly states the #2 during the lunch hours are $6.99.No where did it say you must ask for this special (see attached picture) When I brought the sign to the lady at the front shecame up to me like she was going to attack me and said I was being rude and aggressive, even though I had been nice about it thewhole time, just wanted to not be overcharged. The lady cooking the food even told her just to try to make it right, but thislady was just extremely rude about the whole thing. Read more
