This place has no form of leadership literally waited 30 minutes standing right in front of the counter for the lady to say oh I... thought I gave you your food and then for it to be missing just about half of everything. it seems like every employee is doingthere own thing and everyone is running around like chickens with there heads cut off absolutely do not recommend this bojanglessomeone from corporate needs to step in and at the very least train a manager. One of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. The customer service went above and beyond, the food was fresh and hot as... requested, the management is absolutely amazing from the consumer's POV, any issues I've had has been fixed and dealt with in afriendly manner. I would highly recommend this Bojangles to anyone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere, tasty fresh food, andquality sanitation. Read more
This place is such a rip-off. They have raised prices and cut food servings in half. When complaint was made the response was... "oh well, that's what you get now". I got a 4 piece tenders. I've had larger children nuggets. Each were 2 bites and one wasleftover scraps. Shame on Bojangles for price gouging. On another note, the employees are rude and have no customer serviceskills. URINE!!! Had to update this review...the first smell that hits you when walking into the foyer is a nauseating URINE smell.... Yuck! The men's restroom is the NASTIEST bathroom, in a public eating establishment, I have ever encountered. They DO NOT havefried chicken in the morning? What? Biscuits not quite done this morning. Ordered a steak/egg biscuit and a ham/egg biscuit. Steak/egg was awesome. Unwrapped the ham/egg and it magically turned into a... sausage/egg. I was so disappointed. Doubt I ever go back. I have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to my food and theyweren?t real busy. I worked in fast food for many years and that?s just uncalled for. Read more
