Dirty bar rag left on the table, staff not interested in cleaning the table or taking the rag even after ordering drinks.... Ordered 3 apps, pork eggs rolls cut in half were cold inside. Sent 1 1/2 back, cook dropped the same rolls back in the fryerand returned the same back to the table. The cut half full of fryer grease. Asked about how the food was, we asked why theydid not redo the order with new egg rolls, staff said don't know. No price adjustment offered. I would avoid . Read more
Had to go up to bar and ask for service after sitting at table for 15 mins. Subpar food and service. Burnt hashbrowns, burnt... toast and overcooked steak. Waitress didn't even check on us until the very end. Probably decent place if you're just lookingto belly up for drinks but won't hurry back to visit this establishment again. Read more

Terrible service. Arrived at 8:00 pm wanting to grab some food and left at 8:30 without anyone even coming by the table to take... our order or give us menus. This is not the first time, every year I want to give this place a chance because it is close andhas good food but the service is absolutely horrible every time. Read more
We were looking for a place that sounded fun & we wanted to take a fall colors drive. We drove 30+ minutes just to visit & dine... here. There were just a couple tables available because it was a Saturday evening. We sat down & waited at least 10 minutes justto be acknowledged & get beverages. Then it was a long wait - at least 10 more minutes - just to order. We waited quite a whilefor our food. The food was actually really good! But then we waited a very long time just to ask for our bill and a to-gocontainer for our leftovers. Then it also took a very long time to get our bill paid. The table next to us had an abnoxious manwho kept pushing up against my back, talking loud, laughing, joking and drinking too much. I had to move to sitting at the endof the table because the loud, rude, drunk had no manners - or awareness of his surroundings - to allow me personal physicalspace. The whole experience sent my anxiety through the roof! I almost had an anxiety attack - until I moved to the end of thetable. The restaurant staff was fine - not rude, but not very gracious either. Although the food was very good, because of thesethings we simply won't be going back. It must be a great place for "the locals". Read more
