Stood at the counter for a full 5 minutes. Three people behind the counter. 2 people were preparing sandwiches (my guess is... filling online orders), and one person was behind the cash register at first, then busied herself with something else. I was theonly one in the store waiting for service. Everyone looked at me, but not one of them spoke or even indicated that I would bewaited on. At first I just walked out, then went back in to get the manager's name only to discover she was the one behind theregister. I usually have a great experience @ other Subway locations and now I see why I choose other locations. The service was horrible.... I watched other customers be greeted with a smile as well as having their sandwiches prepared well. Once it came to me and mymother we were treated like we we didn't matter. Our sandwiches were poorly made and no care was given to us to even rectify thepoor service and sandwiches. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!! I have gone to this subway almost daily for lunch over the past year or so. I will never return as of today. The manager was... yelling at 2 new employees. Not only in front of customers but in front of children that were in there. She was degrading theyoung man who clearly lacked training which falls back on her as she is the one managing the store. Came in to order a sandwich for myself, as I've been dying for a sub. I happened to mention that I am 3mo pregnant while... explaining why I wanted so much vinegar on my sandwich ???? As I was checking out, the cashier wrote on the sticker used toseal my sandwich. I thought it a little odd, since I only ordered one sandwich, but then didn't think any more of it. When Igot home and pulled my sandwich out I noticed she wrote "congrats" with a smiley. Made me smile! This is good customer service. Read more
