Waiting almost an hour in the drive through. They messed up the payments of mine and the person ahead of me after that was taken... care of our onion rings and fries were cold. I sent the onion rings back without realizing the fries also were cold. Missing adrink. After reminding her and then tryna make sure food was correct. Al after fixing the payment stuff she tried sending us offwithout our food and still missing drink they had to call someone else just to get money thing fixed just poor service allaround highly disappointing Read more
Horrible restaurant. At 8:20pm they were completely out of both sweet and unsweet tea but don't close until 10pm. Refused to... make more because it would be wasted. I asked for the original chicken sandwich. They cooked it fresh, took it directly from thegrease, put it on a bun and gave it to me. I made the mistake of biting into it and burned my lips, tongue and inside of mymouth. 20 minutes later my lips and tongue still hurt. If the food is going to be that hot, the cashier should say something.Once it was cooled (almost 15 minutes later), I pulled the thin pattie into 3 pieces to give to my dogs. The segments lookedmore like a fish pattie than a chicken pattie and were very mushy. I've never had good luck with this restaurant so I don't knowwhy I keep going back. The restaurant inside has absolutely no air conditioning. It was so hot it was very uncomfortable to eat my food. It has been... that hot for the last 6 months in there. Why hasn't anybody fixed the air conditioning considering it has been one of thehottest Summers people want to go inside and cool off and eat their food. And you can't do that and I don't want to drive allthe way to Sherman just to eat at a Burger King. Read more
Nice staff but the place is terrible if dining in. $25 bucks for 2 people and the air conditioner is broken. They have a... portable air conditioner in which is no help sitting next to the ice machine that has no ice. I ordered a double Whopper whichnever in history has has jalapenos on them, or bacon, or cheese but mine had all of these things for some reason. This entirecounty and everything in it is going downhill so fast. I've been excited about all of the growth around here but it's just notgetting any better. Good chicken fries, but way to freaking hot to sit inside and eat. While waiting the short time for my food I got really pale... and light headed. The thermostat on the wall read 96° I feel sorry for the 4 employees that I saw working. Don't go inside.Just hit the drive thru. Read more
This Burger King is SO. Hot. that its impossible to sit in and eat. We took our food and left. It was about 98° inside... restuarant. Then, I asked for extra napkins and several packets of ketchup and they acted very weird about that. I also askedfor a cup of Ice and one girl looked at another like ??? And she went ahead and did it. WHY do they keep it 100° in the lobby? Read more

This has got to be the WORST Burger King I have EVER encountered. For 2 years their milk shake machine has been ?broken?! I... believe they just don?t want to clean it! One time I got a decent burger, rest of the time just slapped together with oldlettuce and yuk tomato - that is IF they get the order right! The inside is nasty! The outside is a eye soar!
