The staff was great. They are working hard and were friendly despite being very under staffed. The manager was really nice. Charged us sixty bucks and when I called 2 hours later claimed they didn't have an order for me. Called three nights in a row. No one ever answered the phone the first two nights. Then third night, they answered and left me... on hold 30 minutes only to be told they cannot take an order over the phone???? WTH is that about? This place has been a problemfor the last several months and now it?s just not worth the trouble any longer. I have zero desire to deal with their web siteeither. It tells you one thing and you get there to pick it up and ?that order cannot be completed online?. They don?t notifyyou if this?just wait to show up 30 minutes later and they don?t have your food. The parking lot was full so I sent my son in with cash to pay for the order. The older lady that took the money from son told... him that he needed to get out because his parents needed to come in and pay for it and not send in a kid. He replied saying hehad done this in the past with other people and it was ok then. She then said you need to just get out and not come back in. Icould tell something was wrong when he got back into the car but didn't tell me what happened until we got back home because heknew I would had gone and taken care of this. I tried to call to talk to the manager and after trying to call for 30 minutes, noone picked up. I won't be back any time soon, and I can promise this old lady doesn't want me up there. Read more
Pizza is good, but there?s a 50/50 chance if it will be made right or not. When THEY screw up they want to charge a delivery fee... to remake the pizza. Just plan on making two trips to this place when you order. Management needs to be retrained or replaced atthis location. Read more
HORRIBLE STAFF!!! INCLUDING THE MANAGER! When a customer calls to order pizza and the manager answers WHAT!! We are not... answering the phones bc we have only 2 people and yell! First of all these people owe me 50.00 in pizza from the last screw up!There is no DM or any association to report this place!
