I order from McDonald?s in demotte regularly and I hope with time I can see improvement. The fast food industry can be difficult... when it comes to supplies, maintenance, plumbing, and proper training. Employees are almost always working as fast as they can,are friendly even with the fast paced orders. Sadly almost every time I come through my order is wrong, but it?s fixed noproblem when I come inside. I work in the fast food industry and I hope to see change! Read more
This McDonald's is decent they don't always get orders correct but the people are friendly and are willing to fix the order if... it is incorrect. If you use a food service or are part of a Food service such as a Dasher or Uber this is a good place they putthe orders together well. Read more
The morning staff of this establishment are always fantastic. Weekend staff not so much, unfortunately make sure you double... check your order when going on the weekend. Food is always hot and fresh. Read more
It was ok. They took the person's order next to us when we should have been first but they apologized like crazy. The employees... were incredibly friendly. The food tasted and felt fresh and the fries were crispy like they should be. I would eat here again. Read more
Stay far away!!!! I absolutely cannot stand going to this McDonald's. The last 4 times, our order has been wrong, or handed to... someone else, and the wait is always 30+ minutes for the most basic order. I cannot believe this location is still in business,they should be embarrassed. As someone who has worked at McDonald's, it is not as complicated as they make it. This is a terrible restaurant; they never get the orders right. staff is largely a bunch of ill-mannered children. It is... actually cheaper to get the same type of grub at a much better quality at PAV'S in the next town over, Hebron. Read more
Visit yesterday I asked them to make sure they included the has brown because it was forgotten last time. I get my food go to... work. The receipt was correct but on the bagel was bacon, and not sausage. I called the manager on 8/4/22 and she was verypolite and said she credit my breakfast. I went today and when I received my food checked it. The receipt on the sandwich saidsausage but then when I looked it was bacon. As the window was open I laughed as I said you have issues in there. This was acomp meal as yesterday it was messed up and then the receipt was correct yet same problem. The young girl says she will fix itbut don?t talk down to her and say she has issues. I told her I didn?t say she had issues inside the store has issues. As Istarted to continue she shuts the window and walks away. When she brought the sand which back I asked her name and she saidEmily, I asked the manager name from yesterday morning and she said she has no idea who it was,and then I ask for the storemanager she said Nicole. As I went to ask for the number she shut the window and walked away again. I drive off and take adrink and the orange juice obviously ran out as this is water with a hungry of orange This is a lot of issues for just twovisits. What?s going on in there? Horrible service. Food a mess! Old, cheeseburgers thrown in wrappers with condiments outside in wrapper. Order taker sounded... half asleep. Younger workers standing around in a group talking about customers. Absolutely horrible. Too many other places toeat at to have poor quality and service. Read more
