Waited in line for almost half hour to get to the window, then waited another 15 min., to get fries that were dry like chewing a... leather strip. Every time I order the chicken sandwich no matter the time of day it is always F@$&#%G old cardboard piece of chicken. What... happened to Wendys? Did they give up? With a Publix across the street with better chicken and 3 other fast food places near byhow are they not more competitive with their quality of food if you can even call it food? Read more
The food was terrible along with the staff not being polite. The chicken nuggets burn and hard. The chicken sandwich was good... but cold. The fries were hard and cold. The only thing that was good was the unsweetened ice tea. We ask for chilly and theydidn't have any. I'll be going across st. to McDonald's next time. Read more
8th car in line and it took about 20 minutes. But the food was good and burgers were hot. Frosty was not super melted. Customer... service lacking for sure. But my speculation is that someone probably was rude about the wait time. I didn't really care aslong as my food was right and hot! Read more
I will never visit them again. Ordered through their mobile app. The food was ice cold. The hamburger was like a hockey puck.... The fries were horrible. I ended up throwing away the entire order. I complained to them in an effort to give a chance tocorrect the issue. They will not even return my phone call. Worst fast food ever!!!!! Read more
I go here almost all the time and never complain but today is another story. My bag was handed out to the person in fornt of me.... I saw the bag go back in. I get halfway home and saw my fries were half way gone and cold. Gross I won't be going there anymore. Read more
