Deltona High School wants to thank Unidos for always catering our Hispanic Heritage Activity. They always donate some food too... and deliver for us. NOBODY else does that. Alex and his employees are the best. Not only do they have the most delicious foodand a great variety of hispanic fruits and vegetables. Their catering service is awesome and prices are reasonable. Their food is delicious But if you don?t speak Spanish don?t expect customer service. I tried to call on Thursday, July 27,... 2022 to place a catering order for my Family reunion dinner that following Saturday. The employee hung up on my three timesbefore putting an English speaking person on the phone. I was told that I had to come into the store to place the order, whichI did, AND fully paid for the order which was almost $200. Well, they didn?t even fulfill my order, when I went to pick it upthey tried to take it from the food they sell to the public! No! That?s not how catering works! On top of that, they showedno cyst service or gave me a sincere apology for ruining my family reunion! I will never spend another dime there or referanyone else there again! It's a great place to shop. They have some ethnic Puerto Rican food as well as plenty of your standard foods. Prices are good... and people are always happy. The only thing I have to complain about is that their parking is lousy. They are situated in asmall strip mall that is just as bad as i-4 traffic jams. Sometimes you have to just drive around and wait for something tobecome available. People sometimes park on the grass or they just sit and wait and block traffic which is very frustrating.
