I went to Subway this afternoon and I purchased two protein bowls and two halves for my kids. I always request fresh mozzarella... because of dietary restrictions. The protein bowl reflected there was no traces of the usual mozzarella. When I called the storeboth Alexis and Jackson told me I was unaware of the food in front of myself and that they clearly placed the mozzarella alongwith provolone and additional cheeses inside. I asked Jackson how that was possible considering the thiness of the consistencyin the melted cheese. The upcharge for the mozzarella was an additional reason why I was reporting the mozzarella shortage. Theassociates advised that there was nothing they could do but charge me more. I normally appreciate Subway but the servicereceived over a 40 dollar order due to some cheese is a loss of revenue in business. The picture below shows the discrepancy ofdifference in mozzarella. I even asked for the associates to remake my order and I was refused. We called back to ask theirnames and Alexis asked if we would come in, but I lost my appetite for Subway entirely. Read more

Has been the best location in the Deltona area for quite some time. Very clean, bread is fresh, veggies obviously stocked... regularly and swapped out. The young woman that's worked there for years, forgive me for not knowing her name, is wonderful andalways working. She makes an amazing sub. All the other employees are kind, friendly, and make a good sandwich too. I highlyrecommend this location and this location only in Deltona strictly. Read more
