Second day in a row order was just completely wrong. Yesterday I went to pick up a dozen donuts for my family only to find out... the store was out of donuts and the selection they had was little to none. And this morning I wanted chicken bacon sandwich. Theemployee helping me double to make to sure they had chicken. And when I arrived home to eat come to find out I had a sausage eggn cheese. I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts to get a drink and then they didn't have anything for coffee which I'm allergic to so I didn't get... any drinks. What I got was some donuts I bought some with raspberry feeling and some with a cream feeling I forgot what ittastes like in the cashier let me taste the sample it was amazing Boston cream donut with the powder on it. I was in heaven withboth flavors of donuts but I think the Boston cream donut was my favorite out of both of them. I was essentially happy thecashier was very customer service very friendly and funny the bathrooms were very clean I feel very welcome in this locationthis is a good place to visit. Read more
Where do I begin, it was awful in so many ways. I ordered two drinks and 50 munchkin donuts. They told me one price when... placing my order then another price when I got up to the window to pay. Then I was handed a 25 count box of donuts and the ladytold me all 50 were in there and I opened the box and started counting and there was about 32, she told me that there was 50 andI had to pull around and come in because I was holding up the line. Really, she basically told me I couldn't count and thatthey were right and I was wrong. Yes, I pulled around and went in and let her know I wanted my 50 donuts. She then proceeded totake the box given to me and got an empty box and started counting, out loud sarcastically, and take one donut out at a timeand putting into the empty box. She was trying to degrade me in every way possible, Wow, I was right only 34 donuts. So sheput extra in both boxes. So I ended up with 50 something, I guess. This is not how you resolve customer service issues. Themanager/supervisor wouldn't address my issue. Well. By the time I got home, half the donuts were dried out and some mushed thenthe one coffee wasn't made correctly. I will be returning everything this evening and getting a refund! This Dunkin? Donuts never fails to disappoint! I asked for a large frozen coffee with mocha and I was given two smalls that both... look like this! It tastes like mocha and caramel mixed together but with a lot more shots and then there should be. I go to this DD quite frequently. I order the same iced caramel macchiato everytime I go but, unfortunately it never tastes the... same. They are frequently out of products, and the drive thru line can be extremely lengthy and at times may seem like it'snever moving. Also, there seems to be a lack of enthusiasm from the employees. I'm sure the employees are stressed andoverwhelmed from the pandemic crisis. Hopefully corporate or management has been giving some sort of recognition for all thehard work to their employees. This location is THE WORST! I go to many DD, it?s my favorite coffee on the go, but this location is terrible. Was so pumped... that this one was opened up close to my house but I?d rather drive the extra distance for good service and better food. Everytime I go here they mess up my order or tell me they don?t have food. They are rude. I understand that everywhere right now isunderstaffed but that is no reason to be rude. I got these donuts today, half the ones I wanted ?they didn?t have in stock?honestly probably because they were too lazy to make them. This is the worst Dunkin? ever. I got bacon on my egg and cheese sandwich and my cheese is charred to my bagel! My sweet tea... tastes like soapy water and they didn?t put any cream or sugar in my sisters coffee. They really were doing well for what seemedlike a week and now they?re back to giving 0 effort. Usually they say they don?t have food when they simply don?t want to makeit and this time I wish they did that instead of giving me something almost inedible.
