I visit this location on a weekly basis. I get one coffee with ice and one without, as I work from home I do not drink the... second one until 3-4 hrs later. What is the big issue asking for no ice. I pay $6 for a latte to get a half of a cup. I meanwhat are you saving .20cents to upset a customer. I will not spend my money here! It?s 8AM and the manager wants to give me awhole breakdown of the ice issue. Read more
Very consistent but prices higher than other Dunkin's around.
The incompetence is real guys!!! I asked for one small black coffee and one small coffee with milk, 2 sugars. I get one small... coffee with milk. I had to repeat my order to the kid at the drive thru window about three times (after knocking on the windowmind you she saw me sitting there waiting) and looked at me like I was making her day at work even MORE miserable. Now, I mustsay the manager (I believe it was a manager) was kind and did not want to charge me and handled the situation well, she said nosir I won?t charge you but I did leave the money at the window. It?s not about the money it?s about the customer service. Thesekids need to read a book and get their brains moving. These teens are so slow and not smart at all now a days unless it?s for apic or instagram. God bless these teens. Read more
Was one of my favorite location as their customer service was very good but now it has become blah?. I?m also still trying to... figure out why in this particular location their prices are elevated compared to the other DD nearby. For example their largeIced Coffee are $3.99 + tax while everyone else around the area list theirs for $3.29 + tax. Unacceptable!!!! Read more
Just walked in to get lunch, none of the employees acknowledged me upon waking in. Waited for 6min and not a single person came... to assist me at the register to take my order. There was another customer at the other counter letting them know they messed upher order, the guy was a little rude to her. Again, no acknowledgement of my presence. There were at least 4 employees working.I don't understand having a business but not training your employees to provide decent customer service. Read more
I usually go into the store but, today I was in a hurry so tried the drive through. The young woman taking orders was very... helpful and friendly. She made an excellent recommendation about the new tomato pesto grilled cheese, because it was as good asshe described. My coffee order was perfect as well. Definitely clean and a good location but because it is teens working I feel like they don?t care. I always feel rushed while I?m... ordering. Not only that I went through the drive through and I?m not sure if the girl was pressing her headset button fast orwhat but I had to make out what she was saying while Ordering and I was hoping it was correct?.
