The bar offers a beautiful view of the Clearwater river. There is outdoor seating with a few lawn games such as Cornhole. More... games are found inside including pool, beer pong, and darts. Inside there is also interesting art pieces such as mammoth tusksand other pieces of nature. They have a nice beer selection, many beers brewed in Alaska. The staff is always very friendly andattentive. The place is usually surprisingly busy for such a small town. Read more
Good food. Waitress was having a bad night. We only ordered bar food but everything we had was decent. Loved the mac and... cheese bites but the beer cheese wasn't velvety. All in all not a bad place for a drink and a bite and probably the best sitdown restaurant on Delta. Read more
6 of us arrived first, 10 mins before opening, waited for our food for over an 1hour 1/2. Food was brought out cold, none of us... enjoyed our meals, the burger was flavorless. Our waitress didn?t check up on us at all after the food was brought out, and whenwe tipped her 10%, she yelled at us as we walked out. Read more
The food was excellent. The batter on the fried onions rings was light not heavy or oily. Halibut fish tacos also delicious.... Service was slow. From start to finish we were there 3 hours. Waited entirely too long. Read more
The view and location is GREAT. Beautiful. Food is good, about what you can expect to count as good. But not excellent. I had a... burger and fries and I am sure I would have cooked it better myself. It was good but very little flavor. For the dining theservice is.... I can tell they are nice and mean to be, but it was subpar at best most of the night. They didn't offer me atable so after standing there awkwardly I finally asked and they said I could sit wherever. They were very nice and maybe Ishould have guessed, but I have been working with people in customer service for a long time and it kind of blew my mind thatnobody realized or offered. A certain waitress made obvious looks at my food that made me feel awkward. Most of the employeeswere nice but just seemed bored and lacking in their presentation, which resulted in me feeling awkward and being nervous tocommunicate with them. I still enjoyed it and I don't think you shouldn't go by. It's definately worth the stop just for theview, but it was just awkward and that ruined the experience. I guess I'm better at working with customers than being on thereceiving end because I kept thinking about all of the things I would be doing and asking if I were them. That being said, theywere more kind by the end of the night and more responsive and that raised their presentation a lot in my mind. Without that therating would have been lower. I am not a picky person so I usually don't leave reviews like this. I am giving 4 stars because Idon't think that this is common, but the employees seemed pretty laid back and comfortable (that slightly bored, less greetablefeeling) so I think that it probably happens occasionally. They just need more energy and awarness. :) I probably won't go backfor food. That's how bad it felt. But I will definately go back for the view, maybe just stop by and take a look at the river.
