Stopped in to grab some proper BBQ on the way home. First time trying Dented Face BBQ. Sauces have great flavor and a touch of... zing. Absolutely fantastic barbecue. Really hoping their brewing endeavor takes off too! If it?s half as good at the meat, it?ll be... amazing. Pulled pork is solid. Zombie ribs are a great take on baby back ribs (especially if you like salty-sweet things!) AndI LOVE that they have pork belly. It?s delicious. But the BRISKET! Best brisket I?ve had in ages, and it?s consistently good.Juicy, beefy, with flavorful fat and good smoke ring and bark. Seriously to die for, and they?re generous with the portions.Both the tangy and mustard-based sauces are fantastic as well. Worth every penny. I will keep coming back.
