Had worst sandwich ever, ordered 3 veggie sandwiches and lady kept removing veggies form meat with same gloves, when i asked to... change glove she looked at me like i asked her to give it for free. She changed her gloves once but started cleaning counterwith same gloves. This is not it when we started eating, my kids were not able to chew because the bread was so hard. I love this place. Whenever I go nearby i always go and get my Sub from here. This is my favorite location. Employees are so... nice specially Sandeep very nice and polite always get great customer service from Her. Keep it up Guys. Read more
Came to get a late dinner last night. Was served by Mehak (could be Mehar... sorry). Very pleasant customer service. Not... something you get lately from the young ones like her. She loaded all the sandwiches and salad without me having to request moretoppings - first time at a subway. Everything was made nicely and not rushed. I also saw her cleaning the subway area verynicely earlier when walking by. If she continues this work ethic, she will be very successful in life. Hope she gets thisreview. Read more
This location is one of the only good locations out of this whole city! One of the workers is especially really good, Sandy. Her... and her coworker are great at customer service. I travel past 3 or so Subways just to get food from this location instead. Theirfood is always fresh and this location is clean. I come here regularly and other Subway locations can learn from this locationon how to do a Subway right. Read more
The worst subway sandwich I've ever tasted in my life. She said I could not add toppings to my sandwich, I was only able to... substitute my green pepper for lettuce. I've never had a sub where toppings are not allowed. I was in a rush on my lunch breakand starving so I didn't have time to argue. If I had any more time I would NOT have paid $7 for this. Read more
The sandwich artist I had was not attentive and held up a line of 3 people. She was busy talking to a co worker. The sandwich I... had was incorrectly made after repeating myself a few times. The artist also squished my bread down very hard so my bread wasflat and was ripped apart not very pleased with this visit. Very bad customer service . The girl working today night for reference around 6 pm was very rude . She made the sandwiches... sauce was literally dripping from the sandwich . Asked for a cold drink she literally touched the bottle with her face and saidoh its at room temp . Its all we have . I dont think subway wants to set these kind of standards for their customer service ,and food qualtiy . Atleast remind her to polite and how to work in a customer friendly environment . Read more
