Came in today and spilled my Venti Vanilla Steamed Milk all over myself after only one sip. I was disappointed but didn?t want... to cause any problems for the staff as I know they deal with enough on a regular basis, however when I came back to replace itand was casually talking to the barista, they made me a free one at the same size with everything included. I?m so thankful forthose working today on August 26th at 3:50pm. They went above and beyond my expectations and I will forever be returning to thisStarbucks, as well as sharing my experience with friends/family. We have previously had a bad experience where my card wascharged numerous times at a different location so I had given up on Starbucks for awhile, but after my experience today I willbe back to a loyal customer with a go-to location. Meh. The cashier was pretty curt and we felt like an inconvenience to her. She was impatient while ordering. I asked for a... receipt and was told "yeah. Give me a second I finishing your order" like ok dude. I'm just giving you a heads up. I saw herring through other customers and she was equally as rude to literal CHILDREN who were able to order. There was people in frontof me asking for their orders and were told "yeah. It's coming" and "I said it's coming" from a barista; all while the managersat at the end of the bar on their laptop chatting away. It's a convenient location but others a short drive up the road, Idon't think I'll return to this location. Read more

Update: After 3 consecutive times of them messing up my drink order in some way, I'm changing my review from 5 to 2 stars. Keep... in mind, my order is usually a venti starbucks double shot on ice with no special requests; not the most difficult drink tomake. Yet to have a bad experience here. People are always friendly and my order has always been correct. This store is fairlysmall with limited seating so I wouldn't come to this location expecting to easily find a place to sit and work. As far aspeople thinking starbucks is super expensive compared to other companies, they really aren't when you compare apples to apples. Read more
Starbucks is an amazing coffee shop. They have a wide variety of drinks and food, from espressos to frappuccinos to breakfast... sandwiches, and all of it is delicious. The atmosphere is great too - the staff are always friendly and helpful and the store isclean, bright, and inviting. The prices can be a bit high, but they're worth it considering the quality of the products and theoverall experience. I always look forward to my visits to Starbucks and I can never go wrong with getting one of their manycoffee drinks. Highly recommend! Read more
