I called them several times to place an order but as usual they never respond a call. Like never. I dont know why this staff is... even inside. These ladies are super arrogant and rude. The pizza came burnt and with no sauce at all. 50 dollars down the drain not happy at all will never order from them again!!
I Have tried the Cheese & Veggie Pizza a few times with the fries. No complaints, tasted great and was fresh and baked... correctly. Only down fall I saw was that they put too much cheese on the pizza?s, hence we usually ask for light on cheese whichsolves that issue Read more

Not bad! The pizza looks a bit weird though, means the pizza"s crust is big, and the whole pizza looks very puffy Taste are... good and tasty. I will surely be back to this location. Oh yes, the girl who answered the call also very polite andfriendly. The boneless wings lack of sauce compared to other store such as the 72nd's pizza store. Service was quick too,which only takes 25 mins from order time to pick up time. So far I have good experience with this store. Will update againwhen there are changes to my review. Read more
I usually hesitate ordering from this location as I've had quite a few bad experiences with them in past (wrong order, forgotten... order, missing items, not following covid guidelines properly, etc.). However, keeping in mind the busy nature of this locationI let it go each time. Today I decided to place an order online for delivery hoping it would go smoothly. As I opened the boxesin my kitchen I saw that half the slices were missing the cheese. In the past the staff has not been any one bit remorseful.Thus I anticipated they wouldn't be apologetic or accommodating this time either. Tired of dealing with them at this point. Sorry these guys standards are slipping badly. We ordered a triple treat feast with double order of the 8 pc boneless chicken... honey garlic and butter chicken sauce. The honey garlic sauce coating was a dribble. Same with the butter chicken sauce Thechocolate chip pizza was hard and not soft. I called back and they were uninterested in fixing my order. They even said thatthis was the standard qnd if I wanted more sauce they charge extra. I ordered this several times before so I know that this isnot how this is supposed to look like. I went there 3 times , first time they took 50 min to prepare my pizza . Second time it was 45 min and third time they do not... even take my order saying that their system is not working where as their system came back online right in front of me .. youshould only go to this store if you have at least 1 hrs to wait for your order Read more
