This is probably the worst service McDonald's in Palm Beach County. I drive by daily and would stop more frequently but the... employees there are so rude they act like they could care less if you come in. I've never reviewed a McDonald's but this one deserves it. We got in on a late flight and needed something to eat, the only... thing open was McDonald's. I had very low expectations for food from a fast food restaurant at 2:30 AM. But the food was reallygood. You can tell it was freshly made and even the coffee was great! The person giving me the food in the window was verypatient and pleasant, she made sure and double le checked my order. I was very happy with my experience. Even my wife whodoesn't particularly like McDonald's enjoyed her food. Read more
The overnight managers need to open/close the POS system at the correct time. Saying that you are not open and can?t even sell... me a drink is simply not correct. And then when you remind them they?re open 24 hours a day they tell you to pull up to thewindow so they can argue with you.
