I have had take out very often. Tonight it was awful. Ordered Chicken Frances over linguini. It wasn't ready when I got there.... When I got home I found linguini with red sauce in a separate container. I can't have red sauce. I called and they offered totake $5 off next order. I hung up and opened the chicken. It was many very small pieces in a very thick creamy sauce with NOtaste. No dinner for me for $20+. Soooo disappointed...and hungry. Read more
I used to love this place. The meat sauce is AMAZING but not amazing enough to put up with the rude service. They made a mistake... on my order and basically told me it was my fault and they don't make assumptions. I asked them to come and pick up theincorrect order and replace it with the correct order and they told me I was going to have to wait an hour because they don'thave drivers "just standing around". If the manager had better service i would have obliged as I know how it can be in theindustry. Due to his rude demeanour, I asked for a refund and expressed my disappointment in the service and to this day... NOREFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED! Just ordered delivered and called them first to give them constructive criticism about our first time order before I leave a... review. So they put me on hold for the owner and he never picks up. Also tipped my delivery driver over 25%. I guess I reallyshould of followed the reviews but I wanted to give them a chance. # 1 Ordered brick oven pizza asked for (burnt around theedges) and I get regular pizza. Also ordered garlic rolls and they were not cooked and weighed as much as a golf ball withdough. I hope the owner will contact us when he is not to busy so we can remove this review but as of now he is to busy to careabout sending out bad food to new customers. Read more
This local Pizzaria /Italian American restaurant was surprisingly good for West Delray Beach. We were there for a quick lunch... on a weekend... their special gave us the opportunity to try a few menu items in one meal. The pizza slice was NY style with asuper-thin pliable crust. One of the best I've had down here. I chose a meatball hero and the italian bread was crisp and fresh. Menu is much like a local neighborhood place in NY. Overall a great meal, fast and reasonably priced. Recommended. Read more
