I love love love Fratellis Italian Restaurant! Not only do they have the best pizza around- so fresh, so hot ,great crust... ,fresh vegetables, hand tossed crusts, but the service is impeccable. I love when I get Andy as a server he's fantastic!friendly, funny, accommodating, knowledgeable, and yet very professional. Takes my order and gets it to me quick ! I love it....I love this place.... their Italian dishes are second to none. Don't let the mall plaza location fool you, It is as fine anItalian restaurant as you can get ! the entrees are amazing.i moved to Lake Worth and still make the drive to Delray -- withouta second thought, it's that good. I highly recommend the shrimp fra diablo,, the snapper picata, the eggplant Parm or ANY of thepasta dishes...Yum! They have specials every night, and great salad, seafood and chicken dishes. the thing is, if you'relooking for a friendly ,delicious Italian restaurant with excellent service, look no further. I dined at Fratelli's a few times and loved eating there. Their pizza is SO delicious, and as close to a NY pizza I think I will... get here down in South Florida (coming from a New Yorker)! I often order from here via DoorDash and have never had any issues.The quality is the same as dining in person. My favorite pizza spot so far and I highly recommend it! Read more

Came in for a quick dinner with my daughter after shopping in the plaza , it was a nice ambiance relaxing and cozy, yet the... experience was disappointing and highly priced for what it?s worth. I wanted to order tortellini but instead of Alfredo :saucewith vodka sauce , the waitress told me they can?t do that she went and asked the chef for me very weird for a restaurant not tobe able to change the sauce ?!. So instead I ordered chicken piccata I also asked for the check so that I can eat fast andtake the rest home . It was getting late for me to drive back home. When I finally received my order after 20min I checked myfood and it was chicken Marsala instead of what I asked I asked about the order being wrong and they re made my order I stillwas charged full price and food took about 20 min more to get to me ? so I asked for a discount they took $3 off a $30 checkthe restaurant was empty I was like the only person here with a table I don?t understand the mistake plus the low discount themanager at the bar applied on a mess up from the restaurant itself. Came to Fratelli?s for our weekly date night. Friends of ours have been raving about it for years. As soon as we entered the... restaurant we felt as if we were in a restaurant in Italy. The complimentary garlic knots were perfectly seasoned. The foodwas absolutely delicious and the service was great. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana which was excellent.
