See edit at bottom. When I went to pick up my mobile order, the lady behind the counter said "that is not for you. That's a... pick up order" It looked like what I ordered so I went to take another look to see if it had my name on it and she repeated thesame thing. It was my order. It had my name on it. Today was the third time that an order of mine for a Carmel craze icedsignature latte was not correct at this location. Twice there was no whipped cream. Today it had chocolate syrup andmulticolored sprinkles. I NEVER have this problem at any other Dunkin. I got the wake up wrap and the bacon was crispy which I liked. The ice coffee was really good and service was great.

By far, hands down the best Dunkin there is! The staff is fantastic and has remained pretty much the same since before the... pandemic. Super friendly. I go there everyday for my coffee and they are always so wonderful. They are great to my kids too! Read more

Used to be great. There is only two good workers there in the morning. The new kid with the glasses is rude. If he makes a... mistake, somehow it is your fault. They don't pay attention to detail. Usually I don't write reviews, but that kid is horrible.The first shift, kid with glasses is HORRIBLE. The manager in the first shift runs around all stressed out. The tension radiatesoff of her. (WEEKDAY MORNINGS). The petite younger girl who has been there a while is awesome. She is the reason I still go. Sheknows how to deal with customers. They should make her a regional manager. They're generally pretty efficient here. I almost always come in with less than 10 minutes before I have to be at work and 8 out... of 10 times they get me out of there fast enough to get me to work on time. Both the coffee and the food is generally tasty andmade correctly. This is definitely one of the better Dunkin's in this area. Read more
