I never really was a fan of BurgerFi as I am vegan, but I've definitely had a change of heart after my recent visit and the kids... love it too! This place is attractively designed with a modern interior and a beautiful patio. It's a nice place to come to in the evening... when you want something between fast food and fancy. However, the value is not there. A kids meal costs $9 with tax and anadult meal with burger, fries, and a drink will run you $20. I am ok with this price range at chikfila because the service andproduct are so good but here it's just average. Service is a little spotty and slow, they forgot my drink, then the straw wastoo short and another employee had to get a green straw. The kids meal grilled cheese sandwich didn't even have bread it was theinside of a hamburger bun. My total for a kids meal and Custard was $14.42. Don't think I'll come again unless there is somebogo promo or something. Read more

Place was awesome ! Seems like the energy here is insane! My food came out fast and the staff is really engaging as well . Have been going to this location for years. Tonight I ordered a cheeseburger and 5 piece nuggets. The burger tasted like they... added no seasoning to the meat. It was noticeably terrible compared to what I am used to from burger fi. The chicken, which isusually fairly moist and well seasoned, was bland and very dry. I am disappointed by my experience and will have to think hardabout giving another chance as this food tasted worse than the main chain fast food places that I hate going to. Read more
Foods alright, can come really greasy sometimes. They could also easily do more vegan type food items like chicken fingers,... chicken sandwich, hotdogs and even your milkshakes. But I get vegan items can be more expensive so it's alright I guess. ????Service was service you could tell no one wanted to be there but they've got a job to do and they did it well so I can'tcomplain???? need to change the atmosphere a little. Last week I visited BurgerFi and i was served by an employee named Jacob Jlidat. It was probably one of the best service... experiences I?ve had in a while. He was extremely welcoming and polite. He was very patient and considerate and advocated formenu items to help me decide what to order. He was very quick and efficient when serving and I could tell he was very good andput hard work into what he was doing. The whole thing went very smoothly and I enjoyed the delicious food with the great servicefrom Jacob. He is a great employee and has a great attitude toward his job and the customers. Read more
