Went last night around 9pm to the drive thru. The gentleman that took our order was so kind, let us know items that were out... before we ordered them and was so pleasant to speak with when we were paying. My Burger King app was not working and would only allow me to set up a new account. My Royal points were lost as well. When I... asked for help not only did the person at the counter say she could help, but walked away saying I have to do it myself. Ichose to leave before I got aggregated to a point where I would have become a "Karen"!! Shame on the manager for havingemployees like this. Read more
