I have been coming to Bru’s every Sunday to watch the games and have had the pleasure of having Jordy take care of us. She... remembered mine and my husband’s drink the first time. My experience in Bru's Room Bar and Grill.in Delray Beach was excellent in all categories. The chicken wings was excellent. Then... have a lot different sauces that they put on there wings. Terrible food and service. The bar smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The bartender should properly be taught how... to pour a beer. Opening up the taps to the bottom of the glass and giving it to a customer with more then half foam and“letting it settle” makes for an extremely flat, poor tasting beer. When people sitting at the window on the outside of thebar smoke (cigarettes/cigars) that smoke blows directly into the restaurant, extremely unappetizing - just say you’re asmoking restaurant and warn people. The bartender couldn’t be bothered to wipe down the bar or menus, both were filthy. Thebartender had zero simple service skills. Maybe, be on the phone less and serve the customers more? It was really slow so Iunderstand the boredom and being on your phone helps the time pass but being conscious of the guest and their needs is the job?We waited over 20 minutes after being finished with meals to be acknowledged to be cashed out, with a form of payment on the barthe whole time. Instead of taking the form of payment after seeing it we received the physical bill and waited even longer to beclosed out.The restaurant was not busy either, all of Atlantic Ave was packed and this place was dead and it’s clear to seewhy it has slipped through the cracks.
