Everything was perfect until the checked came in with a 20% default tip because we were 6 guests. We had a few wine bottles.... That's a bit steep...if you're going to impose a tip it, do so but it shouldn't be 20%. That said we had a great time. Food andambiance were awesome. Looking forward to go back. Read more

Delicious French food, lovely menu and charming ambiance in a beautiful, eclectic area of Delray. Is everyone miserable in... hospitality positions these days though? I keep coming back here. Why would that be? Great place for brunch or dinner. Nice atmosphere and very modern. The soup was... fantastic, no heavy cream. Most cheap restaurant use heavy cream, keep an eye on that. The scallops with the quail on top aswell as their salmon are a good choice. Creme brulle is good dessert option too. The combination of egg white and smoked salmonwas amazing at this place. Their cheesecake is cheff made and its fantastic. The chocolate brownie is delicious too. Best chefin town. Read more

My Husband and I are locals whom supported the business of Brule bistro from the start by going there regularly because of the... Food and once before Amazing service. unfortunately, we had to stop dining there due to the waitstaff rude mannerisms. Weunderstand, that everyone has ups and downs. It happens, tough industry. Yet, 3x in 3 months in a row getting poor service andbad attitude from the waitstaff.. it?s not acceptable nor excusable!!!. And lucky for us No managers around on those occasionsto hold them accountable.. Sad part we had brought in friends from out of town bragging how Amazing this restaurant is.. Ahidden gem for us locals.. Not going to mention waiters names nor scenario just wanted express our concerns since i/ we do not hold any grudges nor want anything for free!! Because in this industry, people know, that there are guest that intentionally acta certain way to dine or drink for free. Not us!! Despite our dining experience, We still paid for all of our meals in fullalong a 20% gratuity. !!! Not all guest are opportunist!! Please have managers on the floor to check in on their guest .
