Never had a bad experience here until yesterday. Not only was there a fly soaking in my girlfriends seafood boil but then... another waiter came over to apologize by asking did the ?big manager? come over. I then asked who was the big manager and helaughed and said oh im sorry i meant your waiter. Then he proceeded to tell us about the ongoing bug problems here. Icontemplated writing this review but tbh the way this handled after the fly was found was very disappointing and I will never beback. I know if the manager was there he would?ve handled this so much better. The manager is a grear guy and we never had aproblem until now. Please make sure you are training your employees to maintain a certain level of professionalism when you arenot there. It?s a difference maker. Read more

On 4/15/ 22 , I placed an order for pick up, of lobster, shrimp and scallop with extra broccoli. When I picked up my order I... noticed that the pick up ticket said, 2 orders of scallops and shrimp. I told the hostess that my order was wrong and shecalled for the "manager". The manager (Travis) told me " because I ordered on line from place that handles their orders,CHOWNOW, That he could not fix my order ???? I said I dont want you to fix anything and that I just wanted what I originallyordered. Travis stated that he would not do that. I asked to be refunded for their mistake if they couldn't fix the order. Travis called someone on the phone who told him he could not give me a refund. I asked for the corporate number and the storenumber. Travis informed me that there is no corporate office and he didn't know the store number.???? I then said. Okay,please have them make me a lobster and I paid $17.05 for lobster that should have been included in my first order. I informedhim that I will be in touch with a higher authority and that I will be raising hell because customers should never be deniedhaving their order fixed. Travis then informed me that he was just a bartender acting as a manager because the real manager wasout sick. When I opened my food at home, I had a lobster that was so tiny that the corn and half potato were both bigger. Andit was over cooked and tough. The shrimps were dirty and for it to be two orders of scallops, there were only 12 scallops. ????For $61.83 I feel that I have been robbed ???? I wish I took actual pictures, I was so happy with the food and our server was amazing! I have always gone to Joe's Crab Shack... and honestly I paid about $30 more than I usually do between two people then I would have at Joe's, but we got way more! I wasliving my best life last night and I even left with leftovers. I was so pleased by the portions and just the over all night.Will definitely be coming back.
